Data Support Analyst
to play a key role within the organisation. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining master data across Microsoft Dynamics 365, providing expert-level support to end users, and ensuring data quality and governance standards are consistently met. What You'll Be Doing Set up and maintain master data including suppliers, customers, user accounts, projects, and contracts. Investigate, resolve, and manage D365 data-related support tickets. Collaborate with third parties to resolve escalated issues. Conduct data cleansing, validation, and quality checks. Support ongoing data migration projects. Automate recurring data tasks to boost efficiency and reliability. Help maintain data governance and documentation standards. What You'll Bring Essential Experience in data management, analytics, or a related role. Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and automation features. Strong understanding of data quality principles, modelling, and validation. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Clear and confident communication skills. A fast learner who thrives in a team environment. Desirable Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Business Central, or Customer Engagement). Why Join Us?
