Your Opportunity AwaitsIn this multi-skilled role, you’ll join a highly skilled maintenance team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Wolverhampton. Here’s what you can look forward to:
- Providing engineering maintenance support to all manufacturing assets and equipment.
- Working with advanced technologies, including automated equipment, robots, and complex tooling.
- Gaining industry-leading training, including Siemens, Kuka, and ABB Robotics Training.
- Contributing to the production of Battery Packs, Electric Drive Units, and other electrification machinery.
As a vital member of the Maintenance team, your responsibilities will include:
- Responding swiftly to breakdowns to minimize downtime while adhering to safe working practices.
- Conducting PM checks and ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Implementing permanent corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Participating in weekend/shutdown work and delivering projects as needed.
- Embracing training opportunities to enhance your skills.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A relevant Level 3 NVQ/BTEC/City and Guilds in Engineering.
- Significant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with CNC Machining Centres and related systems.
- A solid understanding of Siemens PLCs and electrical fault-finding techniques.
