Overview
As a Portfolio Operations Analyst on the Pricing Data Operations team, you will play a critical role in managing and validating pricing data for a diverse range of investment products. You will partner with Data Operations, Engineering & Technology, Portfolio Managers, and other internal teams to ensure accurate pricing data throughout the Investment ecosystem. This role requires availability to work from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days a week.

Responsibilities
Perform daily valuation and validation of securities, including equities, fixed income, structured products, and derivatives.
Review and challenge pricing from external vendors, applying fair value methodologies in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the pricing data ecosystem Collaborate with technology teams to automate pricing workflows and improve data quality controls Respond to client inquiries to support Allspring's Institutional clients and Subadvised business
Qualifications
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field 3+ years experience in an Investment Operations role, preferably supporting the Valuation function Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with data management tools and software, Excel, SQL, VBA, etc. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with accounting and valuation of various asset classes including structured products and derivatives Experience with Accounting and Trading Systems; Advent APX, CRD, Bloomberg Please note

Compensation
Base Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
