As an *Occupational Therapist (OT)* with Alderwood, you’ll have the opportunity to help patients regain independence, improve quality of life, and achieve meaningful goals—all while working in a collaborative and uplifting team culture.
*What You’ll Do*
* Evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized therapy programs.
* Provide direct patient care and support functional independence.
* Supervise and collaborate with COTAs and Rehab Aides.
* Document patient progress and communicate with families and care teams.
* Contribute to care planning, case reviews, and interdisciplinary meetings.
*What We’re Looking For*
* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
* Current Washington OT license + CPR certification.
* Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
* A passion for patient-centered care and teamwork.
