Founded by Dr. Allen R. Jones, Jr. PT, DPT in 1990, our team is dedicated to delivering personalized, compassionate care to every patient. We believe in making a lasting impact on the communities we serve across the Hampton Roads area with convenient locations in Hampton (headquarters), Newport News, Norfolk and Portsmouth. We specialize in the treatment of the neck, back pain, sports and work-related injuries. Our top priority is providing quality care to our community. We strive daily to make our patients feel like family while providing them with personalized treatment plans with one goal in mind - to return every patient to their maximum level of wellness in the shortest period.
*What We Offer:*
* Competitive salary: $70,000-$85,000/year based on experience
* Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 (with 2-year commitment)
* Flexible scheduling (4x10s or 5x8s) and reasonable caseloads (12-15 patients/day)

*Who We Are:*
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
* Licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia or eligible (Must obtain within 12 months of hire date)
* Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written); ability to work independently and collaboratively; computer skills (intermediate level); detail-oriented; meet deadlines, patient focused mindset; compassionate; patience; integrity & trust; listening; time management.

*What You Will do:*
* Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based techniques.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Communicate effectively with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
* Educate patients on injury prevention, postural correction, and home exercise programs.
* Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings focused on improving mobility, strength, and functional activities.
* Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
* Administrator passive manual therapeutic exercise and/or therapeutic massage and traction, ultrasound, and/or other modalities.
* Instruct, motivate, and/or assist patients to improve functional activities such as transfer and ambulation, work related duties and help restore patient original status.
* Maintain thorough documentation using EMR system (experience preferred) coupled with AI documentation for proficiency.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
* Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.
* Responsible to stay current with continuing education credits.
* Perform other related duties as required/assigned.
