*Project Engineer Support:*
We’re seeking a capable Project Support Engineer who loves to streamline workflows, build tools, and turn complex operations into clear, efficient systems.
*What You Need for this Position:*
* Bilingual in English and Mandarin
* Excel Proficiency
* AutoCAD Proficiency
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
* Hands on (Boots on the ground)
*Project Support for:*
* Asset Management -- Improve business performance by overseeing real estate, supporting office staff, providing insight and solutions for organizational problems, ensuring good working order of facilities, inventory management, Asset control
* Drafting -- Drafting plans, communicating with architects and engineers
* Tech Implementation -- Implementing and maintaining tech systems including door access systems, security cameras, etc.
* Future developments -- Conducting industry research, market research, regulatory research regarding future projects
* Construction -- Coordinating staff, material acquisition, vendor communication, and equipment maintenance.
*Looking for someone who:*
* Is a fast learner
* Hands on
* Has real life working experiences
* Has strong organizational skills
* Has result-driven troubleshooting mentality
* Could work under pressure, and be able to deliver in a timely manner
* Has a positive can-do working attitude, able to take constructive suggestions
* Is a dedicated team player
