*Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic and women's/men's health caseload.
* Develop indvidualized treatment plans with measurable goals
* Provide hands-on, evidence-based care
* Educate and empower patients to take ownership of their recovery
* Collaborate with a supportive team of clinicians and front office staff
* Maintain timely and accurate documentation
*Qualifications:*
* Must be a licensed physical therapist in the state of Illinois. 1-2+ years of experience are preferred, but not required
* Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field
* Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
* Ability to build rapport with patients
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A team player who values a positive clinic culture
* Someone who is motivated, dependable and growth-minded

Our clinic is unique in that each patient receives a full hour of one on one care by a licensed physical therapist. We do not hire any unlicensed staff at our clinics. We have a fun and friendly atmosphere and would love to have you consider joining our work family!
