Role: DevOps Engineer Location: Cheltenham or London Contract duration: 6-12 months Clearance level: eDV We provide talent solutions for the UK government and their critical supply chains. We currently are on the look out for eDV cleared DevOps professionals to join our National Security sector. Key skills: Design and develop innovative cloud-native platforms and applications using AWS, data engineering, and CI/CD practices.
Implement and optimize Java, JavaScript, React, and other relevant technologies for full-stack applications.
Contribute to batch analytics, Python, and data engineering efforts.
Ensure platform and application resilience through effective monitoring and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, and Elasticsearch.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.
Apply SRE principles to improve system reliability and performance.
Proven experience in Java and JavaScript development, with a focus on cloud-native applications.
