*What does a Product Information Administrator do?*
The Product Information Administrator manages and enriches complex aerospace and chemical product data across our ERP and Product Information Management (PIM) systems. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity, compliance, and scalability of product data across the businesses global B2B eCommerce platform.
*Responsibilities*
* Create, maintain, and update structured product records within ERP and PIM systems
* Enrich product listings with supplier technical documentation and application guidance
* Engage directly with suppliers to obtain updated product specifications and compliance documentation
* Participate in ERP/PIM workflow enhancements
* Support supplier onboarding from a data and documentation readiness perspective
* Maintain structured attributes to improve search, filtering, and category navigation
* Support development of kits, systems, and cross-sell relationships
* Ensure accuracy of technical specifications, packaging formats, shelf-life data, hazard classifications, and aerospace application details
* Maintain alignment with global product taxonomy and attribute standards
* Manage product lifecycle changes including reformulations, supersessions, discontinuations, and regulatory updates.
*What we're looking for*
* 2–5 years’ experience in product data, ERP, PIM, or digital operations
* Experience in aerospace, chemicals, or regulated technical environments strongly preferred
* Basic HTML knowledge desirable
* Strong Excel and structured data management skills
* High attention to detail with strong organisational capability
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Experience working cross-functionally in a commercial environment
