Why Choose Us?

At the Integrated Services Programme (ISP), we’ve been making a difference since 1987. Founded by a passionate group of foster parents, we are proud to be the UK’s first independent foster care agency. With over 30 years of experience, we continue to innovate and provide exceptional support to children and foster families.

Our mission is simple: to place the child at the center of everything we do. We offer a comprehensive range of support services, including social workers, fostering advisors, teachers, and therapists, all working together to create a nurturing environment for foster children. This collaborative, therapeutic approach is what sets us apart.

Your Role

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and innovative teacher to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the education of children across the South region. You’ll provide guidance and support to foster carers, schools, and a network of professionals working with ISP children.

What We’re Looking For:

If you are an adaptable educator with a passion for making a difference, we want to hear from you! Here’s what you need:

  • Flexibility and creativity in supporting children's education
  • Strong decision-making skills to resolve complex educational issues
  • Understanding of the educational needs and entitlements for children and young people
Your Responsibilities:
  • Advise on educational provisions for children within the center
  • Monitor the educational progress of all children associated with the center
  • Support center staff on educational matters
  • Assist in developing educational support policies and procedures
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to align with childcare and personal education plans
  • Communicate effectively with professionals to meet each child's educational needs
  • Collaborate with children, young people, foster parents, and professionals on assessment and planning
  • Provide advice to schools as needed
  • Maintain accurate education case records
  • Build relationships with schools, virtual schools, and local authority professionals
Why Work With Us?

We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment where your contributions truly matter. Enjoy benefits such as:

  • Company Pension
  • Life Assurance x2
  • Employee Discount Scheme
  • Medical Cash Plan

At ISP, we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. All staff are expected to share this commitment.

Ready to make a difference? We can’t wait to hear from you! Simply send us your application and let’s start this journey together.
