Residential Childcare Support WorkerLocation: HighbridgeContract: Full-Time, PermanentSpecific Hours: 38 hours per weekSalary: Unqualified: Up to £32,375.89 with sleep in shiftsQualified: Up to £33,640.53 with sleep in shiftsHeadway Adolescent Resources were formed in 1999 and have established a good reputation in the residential adolescent childcare sector, priding themselves on having the insight and ability to care for young people as individuals in a holistic manner, regardless of their background.We are currently looking for Residential Childcare Workers to join our residential homes!Purpose of JobBased in a children's residential home, you will be working with young people with challenging behaviour, and you will need to be flexible, resilient, honest and well organised, as well as committed to providing a high standard of childcare to help young people achieve the best possible outcomes.This is a permanent role with excellent career prospects and a comprehensive training programme within an expanding company. You will be working on average 38 hours per week - 2 days on and 4 days off shift pattern with 2 sleep-ins.
