Key Responsibilities Utilize data science methodologies to solve complex business problems and support key objectives. Create and implement complex algorithms using statistical programming languages and tools. Collaborate with domain experts and solution architects to design analytical products and enable appropriate data flow. Mentor less experienced team members on data science tools and methodologies. Communicate results, methodologies, and insights effectively to stakeholders and peers. Participate in project meetings, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth project execution. Requirements
Proficiency in Databricks and Python (non-negotiable). Experience with applied machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis. Strong SQL skills and ability to build analytical or ML solutions in cloud environments. Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders. Experience in working with cross-functional teams and domain experts. Preferences
Experience with the Ray framework. Understanding of Reliability Engineering domain practices. Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with relevant professional experience in Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services. Experience in Agile software development and CI/CD practices.
