As a Physical Therapist with us, you will play a critical role in helping patients regain strength, function, and independence through personalized rehabilitation programs.
The Physical Therapist provides a variety of medical services to individuals affected by injury, illness, or disability. In this role, you will evaluate each patient’s condition, design individualized treatment plans, and use evidence-based techniques to improve mobility, manage pain, and restore functional ability—all with the goal of enhancing quality of life.
*Duties*
* Evaluate and assess patients to establish a plan of care
* Develop and implement individualized therapy programs
* Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
* Track progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes
* Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and at-home exercises
* Maintain compliance with facility policies and industry regulations
*Experience*
* Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in California
* Basic Life Support certification
* Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
* New graduates and experienced PTs welcome
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care

* Weekend Shift Differentials: Additional $7 per hour
