We are looking for motivated Warehouse Workers to join our team in San Jose, California. Your responsibilities will include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with incoming goods.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including proper labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those concerning Safety.
- Wear and properly utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform tasks requiring regular Lifting of goods up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and inventory principles.
- Dedication to adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Dependability and punctuality are essential.
- Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
- Willingness to wear and use assigned PPE.
