Our growing facility in Fort Worth, Texas, is looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a key role in our daily operations, contributing to the efficient flow of goods from receipt to shipment. This position involves a range of physical tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. We value teamwork, efficiency, and a strong commitment to safety. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and full inventory audits.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety.
- Wear and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting and movement of goods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and inventory principles.
- Commitment to adhering to all Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Dependability and punctuality are essential.
- Experience in the logistics sector is beneficial.
- Willingness to wear and use assigned PPE.
