Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and properly use all required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Dedication to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Reliability and punctuality.
