Job Summary:
Become a key member of our logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our distribution center. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. Your attention to detail will ensure that inventory is managed accurately and orders are fulfilled correctly. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Wear and properly use all required PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, and walking for extended periods.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
