You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including receiving goods, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. This role involves considerable physical activity, including regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs. You will operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, to facilitate the movement of goods. Continuous training will be provided to enhance your skills and knowledge of our logistics processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick items from designated storage areas to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders accurately and securely for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and dollies.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures diligently.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE at all times.
- Support logistics team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic material handling equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Dedication to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
