Join our growing team as an Order Picker in the heart of Kansas City, Missouri! As an Order Picker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves according to order slips, using scanning equipment to track inventory, and transporting picked items to the packing station. This role demands accuracy, speed, and a keen eye for detail to minimize errors. You will be working with a variety of products, requiring careful handling and proper storage. A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential. Teamwork and communication are highly valued. The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively is also important. This position is physically demanding, requiring regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs. You will be provided with all necessary PPE . We emphasize a strong safety culture throughout our logistics operations. Continuous training and development opportunities are available for dedicated individuals. Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
