You will be involved in various aspects of the fulfillment process, from picking and packing to quality control and dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure they match order specifications.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring products are protected during transit.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and scanning devices.
- Process shipments, including labeling and preparing documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counting.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is highly preferred.
- Ability to interpret order details and product information accurately.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Capability for lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong understanding of and commitment to safety in the workplace.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes is a plus.
