Job Summary:
Join our innovative logistics team in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a Fulfillment Associate! You will play a crucial role in processing and preparing online orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
  • Inspect items for quality and ensure they match order specifications.
  • Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring products are protected during transit.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and scanning devices.
  • Process shipments, including labeling and preparing documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counting.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is highly preferred.
  • Ability to interpret order details and product information accurately.
  • Proficiency in using RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
  • Capability for lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Strong understanding of and commitment to safety in the workplace.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes is a plus.
