We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Technician in Nashville, Tennessee to support our advanced logistics operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the operational integrity of our warehouse equipment and ensuring the efficiency of our distribution processes. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and assisting with inventory management. A strong understanding of safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is paramount. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on warehouse machinery, including forklifts, conveyors, and automated systems.
  • Diagnose and repair minor mechanical and electrical issues with warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Ensure all equipment is operated in compliance with Safety standards.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting and stock location verification.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, promoting a culture of Safety.
  • Use required PPE at all times when performing duties.
  • Support the broader logistics team with operational needs.
  • Assist with tasks requiring regular Lifting and the movement of materials.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Technician or in a similar maintenance role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures and the use of PPE.
  • Familiarity with logistics and inventory management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
