We have an exciting opportunity for a Picker/Packer in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from various warehouse locations based on order sheets.
- Package items carefully, ensuring they are protected for shipping and meet quality standards.
- Label all packages correctly for dispatch.
- Perform quality control checks to verify order accuracy and product condition.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and use required PPE.
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks for moving goods.
- Contribute to the overall success of our logistics and fulfillment processes.
- Perform lifting of items, ensuring safe handling practices are followed for packages up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet production targets.
- Capability of lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
