We are looking for a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our busy distribution center in San Jose, California. This role is fundamental to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, playing a key part in our overall logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Inspect products for quality and report any damages.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Ensure the work area is kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Follow all company safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar logistics role is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet performance targets.
- Physical capacity to stand for long hours, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
Physical Requirements:
The role demands considerable physical activity. Employees must be able to consistently lift weights up to 50 lbs. Tasks include frequent standing, walking, and manual handling of goods. Proper lifting techniques are crucial, and we provide extensive training on safe lifting and material handling to minimize risk.
