Are you an energetic individual seeking an opportunity as an Order Picker in Denver, Colorado? Our busy warehouse needs reliable team members to accurately fulfill customer orders. In this role, you will be responsible for locating, retrieving, and preparing items for shipment. Precision and speed are essential to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. You will work within a structured logistics environment, adhering to all safety standards and company policies. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets.
- Utilize RF scanners or other technology to confirm picked items and update inventory.
- Inspect picked items for any damage or defects.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipping.
- Stage completed orders for loading and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory control activities, such as cycle counts.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Follow all directives from supervisors and adhere to all company policies, including PPE requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics and safety procedures.
- Willingness to use required PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good stamina and physical fitness.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
