Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Associate in Omaha, Nebraska! We are seeking motivated individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role is fundamental to our logistics chain, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. A commitment to Safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, as well as adhering to all company policies and procedures. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This position requires regular Lifting and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to meet operational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and storage locations with incoming goods.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual and powered equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring Safety standards are met.
- Follow all company guidelines for Safety, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Identify and report any damages or discrepancies in inventory.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment, supporting the overall logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting, up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse functions.
- Familiarity with logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety protocols.
