Are you detail-oriented and have a knack for organization? Our Nashville, Tennessee facility is looking for an Inventory Control Specialist. This pivotal role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory. You will be at the forefront of managing stock levels, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy. Your expertise will directly impact our **logistics** operations and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include performing regular inventory audits, reconciling stock counts with system records, identifying and resolving inventory variances, managing stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO), and assisting with the implementation of new inventory management systems or technologies. You will also be responsible for reporting on inventory levels, shrinkage, and operational efficiencies. Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to all **Safety** regulations and proper use of **PPE** is mandatory. While this role is primarily focused on data and analysis, there may be occasional requirements for **Lifting** and moving materials, up to 30 lbs. Experience with inventory management software, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
