Join our growing operation as a Warehouse Coordinator in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods through our warehouse. You will be responsible for coordinating various warehouse activities, including inventory management, order processing, shipping and receiving coordination, and staff supervision. A strong understanding of Logistics principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. This position requires vigilance in maintaining Safety protocols and ensuring all team members adhere to guidelines, including the correct use of PPE . While direct handling may be limited, an understanding of tasks involving Lifting and movement is necessary. You will work closely with management to optimize operations and improve overall warehouse performance.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with carriers and internal teams.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and dispatched in a timely manner.
- Supervise and guide warehouse staff in their daily tasks.
- Implement and enforce Safety procedures and regulations.
- Ensure proper use of all required PPE by warehouse personnel.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced Logistics operations.
- Assist in training new warehouse employees.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Address and resolve operational issues and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
