Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Stock shelves and designated storage areas with incoming inventory.
  • Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily performance targets.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role is preferred.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to job performance.
