Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas with incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily performance targets.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role is preferred.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to job performance.
