Join our expanding team as a Warehouse Associate in Huntsville, Alabama! We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to the daily operations of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing inventory, picking and packing customer orders, stocking shelves, and preparing items for shipment. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics operations. We are deeply committed to providing a safe working environment, requiring all associates to follow Safety protocols rigorously, including the use of PPE and proper Lifting techniques. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves and in designated storage areas.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and policies.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Follow all instructions for proper Lifting and material handling.
- Wear appropriate PPE as mandated by Safety regulations.
- Support the overall logistics team in achieving operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and logistics.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to procedures.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Good work ethic and reliability.
