Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for our facility in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient and accurate flow of inventory through our logistics network. This position requires a strong commitment to Safety, including the correct use of PPE and adherence to all safety protocols, especially those related to manual Lifting. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments.
  • Verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts.
  • Follow all guidelines for safe Lifting and material handling.
  • Utilize appropriate PPE at all times.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
  • Commitment to Safety and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours if needed.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE.
  • Understanding of basic logistics functions.
