Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on all warehouse equipment, including conveyor systems, forklifts, and automated machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Install new equipment and ensure it is properly calibrated and operational.
  • Adhere to all Safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Assist with inventory management of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct safety checks and training for equipment operators, emphasizing safe Lifting practices and hazard awareness.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role, preferably in a warehouse or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
  • Must wear required PPE at all times in designated areas.
  • Understanding of logistics operations and the impact of equipment reliability.
