Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory according to warehouse layout.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning technology or pick lists.
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards.
- Follow all company safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic reading comprehension and numerical skills.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following all safety guidelines.
