We are seeking dedicated Picker/Packers for our bustling warehouse in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be on the front lines of fulfilling customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency every step of the way. Your primary duties will involve accurately locating items on warehouse shelves using pick lists or scanners, and then carefully packing these items into appropriate containers for shipment. Attention to detail and a methodical approach are vital to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires physical engagement, including **Lifting** and moving products throughout the warehouse. A strong emphasis is placed on **safety**, and adherence to all company **safety** policies, including the mandatory use of **PPE**, is essential. You will be part of a dynamic **logistics** team, contributing directly to the success of our distribution operations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order requirements.
- Inspect picked items for quality and condition.
- Pack items securely into boxes or other shipping containers.
- Apply labels and ensure all shipping information is correct.
- Stage packed orders for outgoing transport.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all **safety** procedures and utilize required **PPE**.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Contribute to team efficiency and **logistics** targets.
- Manage **Lifting** of items up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous picking and packing experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and labels.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including **Lifting** up to 40 lbs.
- Awareness of **PPE** and general warehouse **safety** practices.
- Basic understanding of **logistics** workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and productively.
