We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Worker to support our operations in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be instrumental in the smooth functioning of our warehouse, contributing to tasks such as order picking, packing, stocking, and general warehouse maintenance. This position is key to our **Logistics** network, ensuring efficient movement of goods. We are seeking energetic individuals who prioritize **Safety** and accuracy in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Receive and stock incoming merchandise.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, and potentially forklifts (certification may be required).
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all **Safety** guidelines and company policies, including the proper use of **PPE**.
- Practice safe **Lifting** techniques for all assigned tasks.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow in a **Logistics** environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required for motivated individuals. Must be physically capable of performing tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, and **Lifting** up to 50 pounds. Strong work ethic and attention to detail are necessary. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Commitment to maintaining a **Safety**-first workplace and adhering to **PPE** requirements. Understanding of basic **Logistics** principles is advantageous. This role requires punctuality and reliability.
