We are looking for dependable Warehouse Workers to join our busy distribution center in Houston, Texas! This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and precisely.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Perform tasks involving regular lifting and movement of goods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks including frequent lifting for extended periods.
- Must wear appropriate PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
