Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota! As a vital member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role requires precision, a strong understanding of warehouse operations, and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, electric pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and into warehouse racking systems.
  • Move, sort, and stage materials for production or shipment.
  • Conduct daily inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring clear aisles and safety zones.
  • Accurately track inventory movements using warehouse management systems.
  • Follow all safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of PPE.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including some manual lifting.
  • Participate in inventory counts and checks.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience operating various types of forklifts.
  • Valid forklift operator certification or license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
