Job Summary:
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the logistics sector? We are seeking motivated Picker/Packers to join our bustling distribution center in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, carefully packing them for shipment, and preparing them for outgoing transport. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items according to order lists using scanning devices.
  • Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping.
  • Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Use designated PPE while performing duties.
  • Handle tasks involving lifting and moving products.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read and understand order pick lists.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to work at a steady pace and meet performance targets.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving lifting.
  • Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and wearing PPE.
