Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists or scanning technology.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately and stage them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation and surrounding area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory control tasks, such as cycle counting.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking and packing goals.
- Demonstrate the ability for consistent Lifting of items up to 45 pounds.
- Understand and support the entire logistics workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order picking, or packing role is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Understanding and adherence to Safety regulations.
