We are seeking a diligent and energetic Warehouse Worker to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving and unloading of incoming shipments.
- Sort, label, and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Load and unload trucks for outgoing shipments.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including aisles and storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the use of appropriate PPE.
- Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or potential risks to management.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting and standing.
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Commitment to following safety guidelines, including the use of PPE.
Team-oriented and willing to assist where needed.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
