Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Stock incoming inventory onto shelves or designated areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and **PPE** requirements.
- Perform **lifting** and moving of goods as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or **logistics** experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks, including **lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Good communication skills.
