Our San Antonio, Texas facility is looking for energetic Order Pickers to join our growing logistics team. This role is fundamental to our operations, ensuring that products are accurately selected and prepared for shipment. As an Order Picker, you will navigate our warehouse, utilize technology to find and retrieve items, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our distribution process. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick specified items from warehouse storage locations.
- Verify order details against picked products.
- Utilize handheld scanners to track inventory and confirm picks.
- Package orders with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to safety standards.
- Follow all established safety protocols and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily order fulfillment demands.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and technology.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Physical capability to perform lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
