As an Order Picker, you'll be navigating our facility, utilizing technology to locate and gather items, and preparing them for the next stage of the shipping process. Your meticulous approach and ability to work with speed will ensure our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Responsibilities:
- Retrieve specified items from warehouse locations based on order tickets.
- Verify product information against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Operate order picking equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
- Scan items to update inventory and track order progress.
- Package picked items appropriately for safe transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily order fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse work preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with technology, including scanners and order management systems.
- Must be able to perform physical duties, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Commitment to workplace safety and wearing required PPE at all times.
