We are deeply committed to workplace safety; you will receive thorough training on all safety procedures and be expected to wear the designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to handle frequent lifting of items up to 40 pounds and extended periods of standing and movement. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and damage.
- Sort and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Operate manual equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear all required PPE, including safety shoes and gloves.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant lifting, bending, and standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must wear and maintain required PPE.
