* Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment through effective leadership and mentorship.
* Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes that meet our standards for fine dining and catering services.
* Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs.
* Plan menus that reflect seasonal ingredients, dietary requirements, and customer preferences while maintaining consistency and creativity.
* Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations across all kitchen operations.
* Coordinate with the catering and banquet teams to deliver seamless service for events of varying sizes.
* Oversee shift management, delegate tasks efficiently, and monitor kitchen performance to meet service deadlines.

* Proven experience in a culinary leadership role within a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting, with a focus on fine dining or catering environments.
* Extensive knowledge of food production, menu planning, and food handling best practices.
* Demonstrated supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse culinary team.
* Strong background in kitchen management, inventory control, and food safety protocols.
* Experience with banquet service, dietary department operations, and catering logistics is highly desirable.
* Excellent cooking skills complemented by a solid understanding of restaurant management principles.

Pay: $22.31 - $26.87 per hour
