JSP Injection Moulding Solutions, the Injection Moulding Solutions pillar of JSP, serves customers across multiple industries, combining the agility of a small business unit with the backing of a global company.
We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Sales Manager with a strong injection moulding background to identify new business opportunities, build relationships from scratch, and clearly communicate the value of our solutions.
The ideal candidate is proactive and outgoing, able to independently drive the full acquisition cycle and communicate effectively with both management decision-makers and shop-floor teams. You will ‘WOW' customers through excellent technical advisory, above-average technical expertise, and by building a successful, long-term, trust-based partnership that strengthens customer loyalty.
- Identify, research, and prioritize target customers in industries using injection moulding products/services.
- Deliver high-quality first-contact calls, outreach, and introductory meetings to open doors with prospects.
- Present our technology, services, and value proposition in a compelling, customer-focused way.
- Build & manage a structured pipeline of target accounts to ensure momentum toward acquisition goals.
- Partner with technical/engineering/product teams to translate customer needs into the right solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer developments to refine targeting and approach.
- Provide timely updates on sales activities, forecasts, KPIs, and challenges.
- Support broader business development: identify new segments, build partnerships, and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
- 5+ years' proven B2B experience as a hunter-profile sales professional, ideally in injection moulding or related plastics/processing industries.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written). Willing to travel up to 60% (intern & customer).
- Self-driven, outgoing, able to work independently. Strong organisation and disciplined sales execution.
- Confident with cold calling, discovery meetings, and early-stage customer interactions.
- Able to explain technical concepts clearly and in a customer-friendly manner.
- Ideally existing network in injection moulding, tooling, plastics, or related manufacturing sectors.
- Experience selling high-value, engineered products or solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; take ownership and work independently.
- Solid understanding of confidential information handling and strong awareness of data protection and information security requirements.
- Familiar with CRM systems & structured sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Solution Selling).
