Job Summary:
Become a vital part of our logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in Austin, Texas. We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals to contribute to our warehouse operations. This role encompasses a wide range of duties, including receiving and storing goods, picking and packing customer orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of our facility. Success in this position requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety. You will work in a dynamic environment where efficiency and accuracy are key. We provide ongoing training, including comprehensive safety procedures and the mandatory use of PPE, to ensure a secure and productive work experience. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick items according to customer order specifications.
  • Pack products carefully to ensure safe transit.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments with correct labeling and documentation.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (training provided).
  • Follow all safety protocols diligently, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
  • Assist colleagues and support other warehouse functions as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but we provide training.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for prolonged periods.
  • Must be able to perform consistent Lifting tasks, up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and inventory control principles.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the proper utilization of PPE.
  • Team-oriented and able to follow instructions effectively.
  • Punctual and reliable.
