We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Portland, Oregon. This role is crucial for the efficient processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in picking, packing, and shipping. You'll be an integral part of our **logistics** operations, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. A strong emphasis is placed on **safety**, and all team members are required to utilize provided **PPE** and adhere strictly to **safety** protocols. The position involves active physical work, including walking, bending, and **lifting** moderate to heavy items throughout your shift. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product information and quantities for order accuracy.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and procedures.
- Properly wear and maintain all required **PPE**.
- Assist with **lifting** and moving stock as directed by supervisors.
- Report any **logistics** issues, equipment malfunctions, or **safety** concerns immediately.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or **logistics** role is preferred.
- Ability to **lift** up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse **safety** best practices.
- Proficiency in using **PPE**.
