Join our fast-paced fulfillment center as a Fulfillment Associate in Boston, Massachusetts! We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to play a key role in processing customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently. This role is critical to our logistics network, ensuring timely delivery of goods to our valued customers. You will be expected to maintain high standards of productivity while adhering to strict safety protocols. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail and the ability to handle physical demands, including consistent lifting.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, applying labels and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
