We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity to become a vital part of our distribution center's success. You will be involved in a variety of warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping preparation. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock rotation and organization.
- Assist with regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks, supporting our logistics operations.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to team objectives.
Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Must be able to handle frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. A strong work ethic and a commitment to workplace safety are essential. Understanding of basic logistics and inventory control principles is beneficial. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks is necessary. Successful candidates will be subject to a background check and drug screening.
