Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders from stock with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and protection.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, free from hazards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals within the logistics chain.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Understanding and adherence to safety regulations.
