We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Boise, Idaho facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing logistics company where you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations. Your primary duties will include receiving and storing inventory, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments. We are looking for dependable individuals with a strong commitment to teamwork and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using order forms or RF scanners.
- Pack products appropriately to ensure safe delivery.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment for moving goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the warehouse.
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of required PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Meet productivity standards while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting of items up to 45 lbs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
This role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand for long periods, and perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, and lifting. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates eager to learn and contribute. Our logistics operations depend on the efficiency and diligence of our warehouse associates.
